At Popgear we love our customers and our sensational merchandise, but sometimes a return is inevitable. This is no problem for us, and we are happy to accept your return within 30 days of you receiving the item in its original sent condition with tags attached.

Please note that we refund once the item is checked and do not offer exchanges at the moment. If the item is deemed not in a sellable condition on checking and we have not been informed of this, we will be in touch to return your item to you.

Once the 30 day guarantee period has passed we cannot accept items back.
EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS POLICY!
There are one or two exceptions to our returns policy. We are unable to accept a return and refund the money if the item has been sent back with the tags removed and without its original packaging. We aren't able to accept returned items that have clearly been worn and washed or are soiled or dirty. We can't accept items back that (in our opinion) have been deliberately damaged or have been subject to excessive wear and tear. All returned items must be in un-worn condition and should be returned with the original packaging.
